Its sad that these things are still occurring in my adult life, when you have a weak spot for a person it is not an easy task to just get rid of them no matter what they do because they have the ability to overpower your heart and when your heart and your brain compete the brain never wins, your heart controls your pride and whether you like it or not you have to gain control because the only one who hurts in this situation is you. the tips above are to help anyone out there who is struggling in an emotionally abusive relationship. it can affect your mental health and self esteem. getting your heart broken is one of the worst feelings you can ever feel, it feelings like the pain would never stop. when it is finally over you carry this bitter angry thinking that would carry over into other relationships. currently i am trying to be strong. This person will try and come back and control your mind and thoughts everyone that they say would be a lie because they say anything to try and get you back. PLEASE BE STRONG love yourself more than you love this person.
